St. Christopher’s is partnering with local area artisans to host our First Artisan Winter Fair, November 21-23, 2008. The purpose of the fair is to:
1. showcase the work or area artists,
2. support the mission of a local organization dedicated to out reach and social justice, and
3. support the St. Christopher’s youth pilgrimage and outreach ministry.
Artisans specializing in clothing, wearable accessories, pottery, ceramics and jewelry have signed-up to participate. All artisans will be from Oak Park, River Forest and Forest Park.
Plan to visit the fair and get some of your holiday shopping done early while supporting the greater Oak Park community! Look for more information in the September Messenger or contact Linda Bolte.
